Director
Mr. Prakash Palani, the Managing Director of Anubhava and Navigator Systems Private Limited and a Director of Jollywood Studios, started off with an humble start and later went on to make one of the most successful hardware companies Navigator Systems. Mr. Prakash has always been fond of investments and very soon he realised that investments in the form of lands are very necessary which led to his entry into real estate and the birth of the company Anubhava Developers. He was very fond of making luxurious homes for the middle class people at affordable price so that even the middle class people get the opportunity to lead a quality life. His other business verticals are service Apartments, Restaurants, Movies & Clothing Chains.
Service Apartments:
His service apartments include tranquil homes, Palani Andavar, Ishwerya Suites which have been running successful for a long time.
Movies:
He’s been a distributor and producer to a few Tamil and Kannada movies as well. His notable distributions include movies like Comali, Aditya Varma, Puppy and his new movie to be released where he’s the producer is called Karki, a remake of the spectacular award winning Tamil movie Pareyerum Perumal.

Managing Director
Anuradha Prakash, is the Managing Director of Anubhava and Tranquil group of hotels bringing expertise in sales, administration and revenue management. She holds a B.Sc. in Computer Science and Hotel Management and has pursued an honorary MBA from Symbiosis. With a master’s degree in Human Resources, she seamlessly integrates her knowledge into hospitality management.
In her leadership role, she oversees sales and administration at Anubhava while also managing the revenue operations for Tranquil Homes, a renowned chain of hotels. Her dedication and business acumen have earned her recognition, including being a nominee for the All India Achievers Foundation Business Conclave and Awards 2023 and a nominee for Top 10 Women Entrepreneurs Magazine(Real Estate) 2025.


Mr. Nishant
Associate Director
Mr. Nishant, the son of managing directors Prakash Palani and Anu Prakash, is currently pursuing his Bachelor’s degree in Business Management Studies (BMS) at Jain University. Despite his academic commitments, Mr. Nishant is actively involved in the family business, working closely with the director, managing director, and CEO. His dedication and hands-on experience within the company are shaping him into a promising leader for the future.

Mr. Lokesh is a pivotal figure at Anubhava Developers, significantly contributing to the company’s success through his expertise in various domains. He is deeply involved in the formation of construction layouts for Anubhava Developers, ensuring meticulous planning and execution. His multifaceted role encompasses handling marketing strategies, managing financial operations, and overseeing the procurement of land. As the right hand of the director, Mr. Lokesh’s strategic insights and dedicated efforts make him an invaluable asset to Anubhava Developers, driving the company’s growth and innovation in the real estate sector.

Chief Engineer
Mr. Rajakumaran. R with over 24 years experience with all stages of residential and commercial projects Served as a liaison between the strategic relationship, commercial teams, and contractors, as well as all internal organizations on any technical questions about the project. Assured that the building project was completed on time and under budget. Planned long- and short-term activities and materials for yearly programs.
Interacted with architecture, marketing, and project planning to offer valuable assistance for many initiatives of different sizes. Allocated materials and resources to the contractors to meet deadlines.
